The modular design concept consists of a laser imager and a UV exposure device. Glass surfaces dissolve the volume of the system. The visually soft and flowing control front is deliberately inclined towards the operator, creates characteristics and is ergonomically optimized. The shape of the machine, in combination with the HMI interface, gives the system its innovative expression. The computer-controlled Cyrel Digital Crystal Imager 5080 transfers the image to be printed onto a polymer plate, which acts as a printing plate, with a laser. The method provides results that could previously only be achieved with offset printing or gravure printing.
